Thank you for your interest in the Alaska Real Estate Resource Online Education Course. You may complete 30 hours of Required Post Licensing Education or by the hour as needed. Students may also complete your Elective Continuing Education by the hour to meet the 12 hours of Elective Education requirement for 2010-2012.

Students are required to have a proctor statement signed attesting (only one per student not per class) that they are the person taking the test. Upon completion of each chapter the quiz must be completed and returned, along with the proctor statement in order to receive the class certificate. You do need a proctor statement per class.

The tuition for the 30 hour Post Licensing course is $360 , which is $12 per hour when taken as a package, or may be taken for Post Licensing Education or Continuing Education by the hours for $15.00 per hours, payable upon registration. Make checks payable to Alaska Real Estate Resource, mail to 200 W.34th Avenue, #687, Anchorage, AK 99503. There is a $30.00 charge on all NSF checks. We accept payment by cash, check, money order, cashier’s check, VISA or MasterCard. Upon full payment of tuition you may begin your class work by selecting the Module, and class for Post Licensing or select the desired class for Elective Continuing Education and quizzes.

After you register for courses and make a payment, you will have access to online study material along with online quizzes. The quizzes come direct to me if you have a passing grade you not be notified.  Once the payment, Proctor Statement and quiz are received you will receive your certificate by e-mail.  You will then be responsible for completing any paper work the Real Estate Commission requires.
